Solution architecting Extensive provisioning new implementations large upgrades or migration of the Storage Arrays. 7. Hand on experience on Zoning merging and zone segmentation concepts 8. Disaster recovery infrastructure planning building testing and product research/new release evaluation. 9. Provide daily weekly and monthly storage status Capacity and performance reports. 10. Vendor management in fixing the critical/Major issues and upgrades. 11. Analyse and resolve escalated problems within target. 12. Should work with vendor on new trends and measure to cut cost time and improve productivity 13. Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English. 14. Client focused with regards to service delivery. 15. Self-driven and able to work independently or within a team. 16. Must have the initiative tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution. 17. An ability to work well under pressure. 18. A flexible approach and ability to work shift patterns and provide out of hour?s on-call support. 19. Ability to provide clear and concise documentation. 20. Should have some experience in setting up alerting using built in tools or third-party tools. 21. Having scripting skills will be added advantage.
