**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Any graduate preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
