Preparing invoices: Creating and sending invoices to clients, either electronically or by mail Maintaining billing records: Keeping records of all bills and payments for clients Ensuring accuracy: Verifying that customers are billed correctly and that invoices are paid on time Working with other departments: Collaborating with finance and sales departments to maintain accounts receivable Providing financial insight: Giving financial advice and insight to the company's departments Following up with clients: Reaching out to customers to support them or answer questions
