**Profile**:Customer Success Advisor

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a voice process contact center environment. You will engage with potential customers, existing clients, or leads to promote our products/services, answer inquiries & address concerns. Your ability to establish rapport, communicate persuasively, and effectively manage customer relationships will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls through automated dialer to potential customers from provided leads or lists to introduce products/services and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and addressing questions or concerns.
- Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Document call outcomes, customer interactions, and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a proactive approach to nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Collaborate with partners to nurture business growth.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication & product knowledge.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems for call documentation.
- Adaptability to new products, services, and changing market dynamics.
- Empathy and patience to provide exceptional customer service.
- Time management skills to effectively manage call volumes and follow-up activities.

**Compensation**: As per international industry standards
