**What to expect of your role**:
**You will be expected to**:

- Be the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
- Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
- Referring support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;
- Answering customer inquiries professionally on time;
- Working on morning shifts basis at the probation period and night shifts as well after the probation period (12 am-9 am, including 1 hour for a break) including weekends. 5 working days per week, 2 days off.

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Have good communication skills and empathy;
- Persuasion skills;
- Active listening skills;
- Patience and self-control;
- Have good time management skills, work requires working on night shifts;
- Quick thinking;
- Product knowledge (preferably experience in the gambling industry);
- Affinity with Technology;
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
