
Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, and maintain calendars for executives or staff.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as brochures, forms, and stationery.
- **Operating Communication Systems**: Operate multi-line telephone systems, route calls, and take messages accurately.
- **Data Entry**: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining electronic and paper records as needed.
- **Assisting with Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to various departments as required, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing documents.
- **Handling Cash Transactions**: Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of transactions if necessary.
- **Adhering to Security Procedures**: Follow security procedures by monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
