Account Executive

Job Description: The Key Account Manager/Executive - B2B/B2C, with general supervision, will help build and maintain a high level of satisfaction to an assigned group of customer accounts. We seek a result-oriented professional who can identify and contact prospective customers, establishing relationships to generate sales and repeat business. In this role you will be able assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and solution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor and track progress vs. budget
- Develop a detailed understanding of 'Finance' function and various roles it plays - esp. the cardinal decisions taken
- Identify underlying risks and share with leadership with potential mitigation steps
- Support specific projects related to Finance, as needed (along with Finance team)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements.
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting of subsidiaries.
- Co-ordinating on technical updates on new accounting standards.
- Preparing & Analysis of Monthly Financial Results & MIS
- Support CA for Preparing Annual Standalone, Consolidated Financial Statement & timely Completion of Statutory Audit.
- Preparing Projection Report.
- Ensuring all compliance related to ROC, Income Tax, Payroll Tax.
- Filling of GST & TDS returns on Monthly Basis.
- Preparation of Advance Tax Working.
- Preparation & Analysis of Debtors & Creditors Ageing on a Monthly basis.
- Preparing Monthly Stock Statement & Handling Quarterly Stock Audits.
- Reviewing of Accounting Entries, Ledgers Reconciliation.
- Co-ordinate with banks for Import/Export Solution, GR Release and compliances.
Desired Profile:
- Knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books. Working knowledge on Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
- 3-4 years of related work experience with strong understanding of accounting and economic concepts.
- Good commercial acumen with problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: 1-3 Years (Accounts Executive), 4-6 Years (Accounts Manager)
CTC Offered: 15k-20k In hand (Accounts Executive), 25k-35k In hand (Accounts Manager)
