**Job Title: Computer Teacher (Digital Literacy Program)**

**Location**: Vejalpur

**Responsibilities**:

- Design instructional materials, resources, and activities to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Assess participants' learning needs and customize lesson plans accordingly to ensure comprehension and skill development.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to participants, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among participants.
- Monitor participants' progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital literacy education to enhance program content and delivery.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and other team members to coordinate schedules, logistics, and program evaluation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant data to track program outcomes and effectiveness.
- Adhere to program policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training individuals in digital literacy skills, preferably in a community or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for empowering others through education.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying learning styles, preferences, and needs of participants.
- Commitment to promoting digital inclusion and bridging the digital divide through education and advocacy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
