**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:

- Write compelling and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas for content.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
- Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and schedule posts that engage our audience and drive traffic to our website.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve performance.

Community Engagement:

- Build and nurture relationships with our online community by interacting with followers, fans, and customers.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate conversations around our brand and products.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Content Strategy:

- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that supports our marketing goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement based on audience feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics) that enhances our digital presence.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachler's Degree.
- Proven experience as a content writer, social media specialist, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
- Portfolio of writing samples and social media campaigns is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
