**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales SupportAssist the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and client communication.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales activities and customer data.
- Coordinate with potential clients to schedule site visits and property tours.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Support in contract negotiations and documentation processes.

**Digital Marketing**
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote MJ Infrastructure properties.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Optimize the company website for SEO and update property listings regularly.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign performance.

**Content Creation**
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for property showcases and events.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in content and design.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
