**Job Summary**:
The dispatch person is responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. This role involves working closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to facilitate smooth shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Review and process orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in quantities and delivery addresses.
- Scheduling Deliveries: Coordinate with drivers to schedule delivery routes and times, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are available for dispatch and report discrepancies to management.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and any issues that may arise during transit.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries, such as lost items, incorrect shipments, or delays.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding shipping and transportation.
- Data Entry: Enter dispatch information into computer systems and databases for tracking and reporting purposes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple orders and deliveries.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and order tracking.

Working Conditions:

- Environment: Typically works in a warehouse or office setting; may require occasional outdoor work.
- Hours: May involve working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet shipping deadlines.

With experience, a dispatch person may advance to roles such as dispatch supervisor, logistics coordinator, or supply chain manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
