Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Google Ad campaigns.

2. Monitor daily campaign budgets to ensure optimal spending and ROI.

3. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.

4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

5. Coordinating with media agency for monthly posts and creative posts and closely
working with SEO team as well

6. Quarterly meeting with Seniors for new campaigns

7. Preparing the paid campaigns and reviewing consistently to implement changes

8. Handling company website & managing the products on the website and detailing them

existing customers.

**Lead Nurturing**:
1. Create and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads down the sales funnel
effectively.

2. Collaborate with sales and content teams to align on messaging and content delivery.

3. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

**Reporting & Analysis**

1. Regularly analyze campaign performance and produce reports for stakeholders.

2. Make recommendations for optimizations based on data insights.

3. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing space.

**Team Collaboration**:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales.

2. Provide feedback and insights from campaign results to inform future strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years + experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook and Google Ad campaigns.

Familiarity with lead nurturing and customer segmentation strategies.

Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Qualification: Graduate in BMS, BMM or Post Graduate in Marketing

Salary range : Rs. 20,000-30,000/- p.m

Timing: 9:30AM - 6:30 PM

Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Working Days : Monday - Saturday (1st, 3rd Saturday)

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or a related platform.

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
