**DESIGNATION - ECOMMERCE MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting up and execution of Amazon PPC campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategies
- Work on creating and optimizing ad groups, campaigns, and targeting options.
- Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and market research for the assigned product category/account
- Assist in the management of keyword lists, including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones
- Preparation of regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations - that clearly communicates the strengths and weaknesses of each campaign
- Identifying trends, based on the insights to optimize spend and performance
- Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including Ad structure, bidding, optimization of Ad copy, keyword development and creative assets
- Work with the Team Leader to monitor and manage daily budgets effectively
- Participate in A/B testing of ad variations to improve overall performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as listings, sales, and content, to ensure alignment and synergy in overall strategies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information for campaign optimization

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Proven 3+ year work experience as a PPC Marketing Specialist
- A bachelor’s degree in a Marketing course, technology or related field
- Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
- Digital Marketing experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- A minimum of 1-2+ years of relevant domain e-commerce experience and in successfully developing and executing PPC campaigns, particularly on Amazon or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Experience working with third party tools - popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, Merchant Words, Helium10, Sellics etc.)
- Hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry
- Should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals with better ROAS and its perks and benefits

**JOB OFFER DETAILS**:

- Work is onsite and there is no work from home
- The office timing is from 10:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. with a 9-hour shift
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday & half day work on alternate Saturdays
- The probation period is 3 months
- The notice period is 1-2 months and is mutually agreeable
- PF & ESI are adjusted with salary

- Stage I interview by HRD & Administration
- Final Interview by Founders
- A combination of written and practical assessments in a sandbox environment
- Finalisations: Salary negotiations and on-boarding

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
