**Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Typing: The primary responsibility of a Hindi typist is to accurately type content in Hindi using a keyboard or typewriter. This content could include letters, documents, reports, memos, and other materials as required by the organization.
- Language Proficiency: A Hindi typist should have a strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary. They must be able to accurately transcribe spoken or handwritten Hindi text into typed documents.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute. is preferred. They should be able to type quickly without compromising accuracy. Proficiency in touch typing, where the typist can type without looking at the keyboard, is preferred.
- Proofreading: Before finalizing documents, the Hindi typist should proofread them for errors in typing, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Attention to detail is essential to catch and correct any mistakes before the documents are distributed or published.
- Data Entry: In addition to typing documents, the Hindi typist may be required to perform data entry tasks, such as entering information into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital formats. They should ensure accuracy and completeness when entering data.
- Confidentiality: Hindi typists often handle sensitive and confidential information. It is important for them to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations when dealing with such information.
- Communication: Effective communication skills are important for a Hindi typist to understand instructions, clarify doubts, and coordinate with other team members or supervisors as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: The typist should ensure that the typing equipment, such as keyboards, typewriters, and computers, are properly maintained and in working condition. They should report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
- Time Management: A Hindi typist should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines for typing tasks and prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
