Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan maintenance activities, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in plant maintenance to enhance efficiency and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plant maintenance.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
