**Job Requirements**:
Social Media Expertise: As a Social Media Manager at UMM Digital, you must possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends. You'll be responsible for creating and executing innovative social media strategies that amplify our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by being attuned to the latest trends and growth hacks in the social media and digital marketing landscape. You will be expected to identify opportunities for UMM Digital to leverage emerging trends and technologies to maintain our position as a forward-thinking industry leader.

Content Creation and Curation: Develop compelling and visually appealing social media content that aligns with UMM Digital's brand voice and resonates with our audience. This includes creating original posts, graphics, videos, and collaborating with our creative team.

Data-Driven Approach: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance regularly. Your insights will help in refining strategies, optimizing campaigns, and measuring the impact of social media efforts.

Community Engagement: Cultivate a strong social media community around UMM Digital, fostering meaningful interactions with followers, clients, and industry influencers. Your engagement efforts should reflect our values of being proactive, communicative, and client-focused.

Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the values and ethos of UMM Digital in all your social media interactions. You will be the voice of the brand online, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Time Management and Independence: As a remote Social Media Manager, you should be self-motivated and capable of managing your time efficiently. Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work is essential.

Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 3 - 5 Years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging social media audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithmic changes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative flair and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape and pivot strategies accordingly.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
