The operations executive will be responsible for overlooking the day-to-day operations of the company. They will be responsible for managing customer service field teams, handling customer calls and complaints, coordinating with various departments within the organization, and ensuring smooth operations of our Vehicle Tracking System (VTS). Their tasks also involve ensuring that the operations are carried on smoothly and efficiently to meet the organizational goals and objectives.

**Operations Executive Role and Responsibility**
- Manage and oversee the customer service field team and support technicians.
- Professionally attend to customer calls and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, production team, sales and marketing team, billing team, store and dispatch team, and management to streamline operations.
- Plan and schedule new installations and maintenance of faulty devices.
- Ensure the implementation of installation and maintenance plans.
- Drive a team of onsite and offsite customer support field technicians.
- Conduct customer trainings on VTS front-end operations and report generation.
- Perform GPS data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Update information systems with relevant data and ensure data accuracy.
- Report progress and status to customers and other stakeholders.
- Engage in other relevant activities related to VTS operations as required

Operations Executive Requirements
- Relevant or equivalent experience of at least 2 years
- Strong customer management skills.
- Experience in team and field staff management.
- Proficient in planning and scheduling teamwork.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in using Open Office, MS Office, and Google Maps.
- Knowledge of Telecom/Vehicle Electronics (desired).
- Experience in client call and complaint handling (desired).

**Qualifications**:

- Mandatory degree in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or equivalent.
