Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing authority.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including pipeline management, follow-up, and timely response to inquiries.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and sales stages, using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
