**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
As a Resort Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our resort. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting the resort's overall objectives. This role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow between different resort sections.
- Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and manage the resort's budget, including expenses, revenue, and financial records.
- Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer service standards.
- Supervise and train resort staff to maintain high service standards and ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and packages to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Prepare regular reports on resort operations, financial performance, and customer feedback for management review.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant diploma with substantial work experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in resort management or hospitality administration, with a strong understanding of guest service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for reservations, accounting, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the resort's operational requirements.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
