Farm Supervisor

Coordinate administrative tasks related to land preparation, fertilizing, planting, cultivation, and harvesting of experimental feed crops.
- Plan and supervise the planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing of field and garden crops on large institutional farms.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on equipment, materials, and production needs to the manager.
- Assist with farming and harvesting operations, working closely with local farmers.
- Support land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest, and disease management.
- Exhibit strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills to effectively work with local farmers.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge in agricultural activities, including pest and disease control, crop maintenance, and harvesting.
- Manage seed production, farming equipment, and livestock, including organizing sales and purchases.
- Monitor soil health, implement sustainable farming practices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise farm workers, provide training on agronomic techniques, and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.

**Requirements/skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or a related field.
- Willing to relocate.
- Proficiency in conducting field trials, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Knowledge of government subsidies
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Delegate responsibilities effectively
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work efficiently with mínimal supervision; detailed oriented.
- Proven experience in farm management and crop production.
- Strong understanding of agronomic practices and soil science.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and manage physical tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
