Generate leads and visit potential customers to sell products/services.
- Conduct field visits, meet clients, and present product demos to close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and target prospective customers within the assigned territory.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, guiding them through the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports, including details of field visits, sales achieved, and future prospects.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback on customer preferences, product issues, and market challenges.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and convince potential customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical or complex information clearly.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required).
