**About the Role**

GetSupp is looking for Associates to join the Operations team. The Category team owns the end to end supply side, fulfilment and operations of the platform. These will include responsibilities such as onboarding all top brands in India, inventory, price management, timely delivery of the products and making sure SLAs are followed across.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Operations team for:

- To maintain high quality and accurate content on platform by working with catalogue team
- Work with our shipping, warehousing partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery for all our orders
- Managing reports related to returns, shipping delivery and costing for the platforms
- Work with brands on platform to ensure their smooth support and troubleshooting
- Work on inventory allocation and the most efficient and scalable distribution models
- Benchmark on the latest trends, themes and categories in the health & nutrition market and make sure GetSupp is at the top of all of these

**Preferred Experience**
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, e-commerce operations
- Person should be super passionate about health, nutrition & wellness category
- Exposure & understanding of e-commerce and consumer internet business in India is a must and experience at any marketplace business is preferred
- Experience of entrepreneurship/ working in a small to mid startup is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
