**Purpose of the Role**

Is responsible for the understanding and planning of Supply Chain activities in coordination with all the respective leads under the guidance of Head - SCM.

**Position**: Executive Vegetable Crops - Field Quality

**Location**: Davanagere

**Reporting**: Omprakash N

**Qualifications**: M.Sc Agriculture

**Experience**: 3- 4 years related experience in Seed or any Agri input industry.

**Major Job Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute the field audits as per the crop requirements.
- Managing and executing all field-quality activities.
- Ensuring to generate a timely report on quality parameters.
- Ensuring to maintain a vision of the overall field quality across the crops in respective locations.
- In-time communication of the quality report with all the concerned stakeholders for rectifications.
- Ensure to conduct accurate GOT in Farmer fields and Farms as per business requirements.
- Expansion of new GOT locations as per crop requirements
- Timely & Reliable GOT Results communications to stakeholders
