Chief of Staff

**Role: -**
- We are looking for a highly strategic, passionate individual for this role, based out of Jodhpur Office (WFO)

**Responsibilities: -**
- Shadow to the COO.
- Drive alignment around goal setting and strategy, form plans including AOP & monthly plan with clear objectives and governance to monitor progress.
- Supporting leadership in the development and execution of their internal communication and engagement strategy.
- Drive projects on behalf of the COO and the leadership team which allows for higher growth.
- Manage COO office communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as an extension of the COO; attend key meetings, review critical functions, and help teams resolve internal and cross-functional bottlenecks, Manage minutes of meetings.

**Desirable Skills & Experience: -**
- Postgraduate/Graduate from a top-tier engineering/ Management school/ Premier Institute with 1 to 6 year’s experience will be preferred.
- Resourceful and strategic thinker with the strong problem-solving capability.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker and analytically strong.
- Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
