We are looking for a confident, energetic and young dentist who resides in and around North or East Bangalore and wants to have a promising career on non-clinical side. S/he has to meet schools,confidently pitch to all levels, starting from the reception to the school principal and chairman. The person should generate strong sales leads, for the organization, which then be converted into sales for the organization. Overall, the person’s work should lead to increased sales within 6 months for the organization.

**A Never say die attitude is essential attribute for this job.**

**Essential Requirements for the role**:
1. BDS. Overall experience of 2-3 years.

2. Fluency in English is a must

3. Should be very strong and not willing to give up in a few attempts.

4. Must be residing in and around North or East Bangalore

**Preferred Locations**

North : Hebbal, Yelahanka, Kempapura, Thanisandra, Mathikere, RT Nagar, Jalahalli

East - Whitefield, Martahalli, Hennur, Horamavu, KR Puram, Hoodi

5. Must have own two wheeler (Must)

6. Should be driven by targets and goals.

You, as Discovery & Engagement Manager, School Health Program, would be the interlinking force between AddressHealth and schools in North & East Bangalore. You will have to build a rapport with your target schools, impress them regarding the importance & urgency of health in schools,represent AddressHealth’s professionalism and seek their interest in our School Health programme.

**The following are the essential areas of work for the position**:
A. School Liaison: To develop and maintain a professional relationship with school authorities from bottom to top ( Reception to Principal & School Chairman)

B. Concept Promotion & Presentation: Talking to school management about the concept of school health, convincing them about the need for comprehensive school health programmes.

C. Customer Relations: Maintaining good relations with existing school customers in your area through regular updates and feedback.

D. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Closing the final deal and clear deliverables & timelines for AddressHealth and clear pricing and payment schedules for the school management.

E. Reporting: Preparing sales reports for your supervisor. Preparing the list of schools in your area and the responses by them to the school health concept.

**REMUNERATION**

The starting salary for this position is Rs 25,000 per month (can go upto Rs 28,000 based on experience, interview performance and previous salary). In addition, there will be a fixed food and travel allowance of around Rs 5000 per month. Attractive incentives of upto 1-2 lakhs or more can be earned, if targets are met.
