**Position**: Chinese Cook

**Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes, following traditional recipes and using appropriate cooking techniques.

**Menu Knowledge**: Have a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, portion sizes, presentation, and special requests.

**Cooking Techniques**: Use a variety of cooking methods, such as stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, and more, to prepare dishes with consistent quality.

**Food Safety**: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and safe.

**Ingredient Handling**: Receive and inspect ingredients, ensuring their freshness and quality. Properly store ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent cross-contamination.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations, especially during busy periods.

**Timeliness**: Prepare dishes in a timely manner to ensure that guests receive their orders promptly.

**Presentation**: Pay attention to the presentation of dishes, ensuring that they are visually appealing and representative of the restaurant's standards.

**Adaptation**: Be flexible and able to adapt to changes in the menu, special requests from customers, or adjustments to recipes.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of dishes, making adjustments as needed to maintain the desired taste, texture, and overall quality.

**Requirements**:
**Culinary Skills**: Proven experience in preparing Chinese cuisine, including knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking techniques.

**Food Safety**: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.

**Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks, especially during peak hours.

**Attention to Detail**: Pay close attention to the quality of dishes, presentation, and adherence to recipes.

**Physical Stamina**: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and handling kitchen equipment.

**Creativity**: Occasionally, the ability to contribute new ideas to the menu or adapt existing dishes.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
