Looking to Hire:
**GRAPHIC DESIGNER**
We are looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. You will be expected to collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base on social media platforms as well as design on-site branding designs for sports events. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content.

Bitsport is a team of highly passionate sports aficionados who are deeply invested in all facets of sports. The company provides comprehensive sports solutions that encompass Media and Public Relations, Event
Planning, League Management, Merchandising, and much more. They offer a full range of services, commencing with conceptualization and culminating in successful execution. Additionally, they design and execute innovative Web3 products that amalgamate the realms of Sports, Social Interaction, and Gaming. In essence, sports are an integral aspect of their lives, and they are continuously striving to bring it to life in new and exciting ways.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceptualize and produce collaterals such as high-quality concepts, 2D artwork, digital caricatures, conceptual illustrations and 2D animation
- Create innovative & engaging social media content for sports accounts
- Well-versed with vector editing and illustration design
- Creative website assets - banners, images page elements and other content
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, socialize and advocate the same to peer
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the design and other team members to meet deadlines, and schedule project implementation based on workload
- Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videos

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a Graphic Designer
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Experience of working as an illustrator and graphic designer is a preference
- Knowledge of motion graphics and simple video animations is a plus
- Should be interactive and collaborative with Product Managers as well as other design team members and developers
- Have a problem-solving approach and put it to use during the data collection process as well as have an understanding of user engagement on social media
- Should be able to conduct user interviews whenever required

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time

**SALARY PACKAGE**: ₹3,60,000.00 - ₹5,00,000.00 per year

**LOCATION**: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
