Job Description: FMCG Salesman

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations to assess product availability, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional support to customers to facilitate sales transactions.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices in FMCG sales to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Collect due amount from customers and deposit it regularly based on their modes

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate customer visits and business needs.
