As a Wedding Video Editor for our photography company, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into captivating and emotionally resonant wedding films that capture the essence of our clients' special day. With your keen eye for detail, creative storytelling abilities, and proficiency in video editing software, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality video content that exceeds our clients' expectations and showcases our company's dedication to excellence in wedding photography and videography.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Review and organize raw video footage captured during weddings, selecting the best shots and sequences to create compelling narratives.
- Edit footage using industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), incorporating transitions, effects, music, and sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
- Ensure color grading, audio mixing, and overall post-production quality meet our company's standards and client preferences.
- **Storytelling and Narrative Development**:

- Craft engaging and emotionally resonant wedding films that reflect the unique personalities, emotions, and moments of each couple's special day.
- Work closely with photographers and other team members to align video content with photography coverage, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across all media.
- **Client Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and desired style for their wedding video.
- Solicit and incorporate client feedback throughout the editing process, making revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their expectations.
- **Efficiency and Timeliness**:

- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and delivering final videos within agreed-upon timelines.
- Maintain efficient workflows and organization systems to streamline the editing process and maximize productivity without sacrificing quality.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure technical accuracy, visual coherence, and adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify and address any technical or creative issues, seeking input from colleagues or supervisors as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in style and tone across multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, photographers, and team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Portfolio showcasing previous wedding or event video editing work, highlighting your creativity, technical skills, and storytelling abilities.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak wedding seasons and project deadlines.
- Passion for storytelling, love stories, and capturing authentic moments that resonate emotionally with audiences.

Pay: ₹10,657.61 - ₹36,927.82 per month
