Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through outbound calls.
- Pitch and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and address objections.
- Close sales by employing persuasive techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them.
- Collaborate with the sales team for support and insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Resilience and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
**Pre-Requisite ( Mandatory)**:
- Laptop/ Desktop (i3 and above, RAM 8 GB, 250 GB HD)
- 10 MBPS Speed Brodband Connection Latency Less than 30 ms
- Noise Cancellation USB Headset
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
