**KRA**:

- He should be able to create and modify logics according to the power plant requirement and thorough understanding of power plant process.
- He should have sound knowledge of logics and interlocks in Turbine, Boiler, Ash Handing system, CHP, DM Plant and WHRS.
- He should be able to carry out the maintenance and troubleshooting of VFDs, UPS, DCS, I/O Panels, Turbine instruments, Governor control, field instruments like control valves, field installation and calibration of temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, Flow meters, Silica & Water Analysers (SWAS) and other instruments related with power plant.
- He should be able to carry out troubleshoot problem in Allen Bradley PLC. Should be familiar with Factory Talk and prepare logic, assign IOs, etc.
- He should be able to familiar with Siemens S7200 standalone PLC.
- He should have the understanding and troubleshooting of Ash handling & Silo unloading system.
- He should have the understanding and troubleshooting of DM plant related problems.
- He should be able to calibrate DM plant instruments like pH, Conductivity, TDS, Bomb Calorimeter etc.
- He should have the understanding and troubleshooting of DE (dust extraction) system.
- He should have sound knowledge and should be able to calibrate steam and water flow meters.
- He should have sound knowledge of RO drinking water instrumentation.
- He should have sound knowledge and should do troubleshooting of IR and Atlas compressors with standalone controllers.
- He should have sound knowledge and should do troubleshooting of air dryers.
- He should have the understanding and troubleshooting of CO and O2 analysers.
- He should have the understanding and troubleshooting of Environmental monitoring system like Sox, Nox and SPM analysers.
- He should be able to do troubleshooting of IOT devices and data concentrators reporting environmental data to CPCB and KPCB servers.
- Hands on experience in overhauling of positioners, control valves, level transmitters, pressure transmitters and other instruments related with thermal power plant & WHRS.
- He should carry out Preventive & Annual shutdown maintenance.
- 20. He should be able to prepare proposal for CAPEX and its execution.
- 21. He should have sound experience of MM and PM modules of SAP.
- He should have the experience in software’s of Aditya Birla group i.e. Koromi, Kronos, Confluence, mySatu, Online PTW, Shutdown management system etc.
- He should be able to prepare safe work procedure, Safe operating procedure, HIRA of all maintenance activities.

- ** He should have analytical approach and problem-solving nature.**:

- Troubleshooting of ABB make DCS with 800xA6.1 operating software, UPS, Battery charger & Battery Bank.
- Trouble shooting of the field related problems related with thermal power plant and Control valves overhauling and calibration of field instruments.
- Good communication skills
