We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our dynamic team as a BIM Engineer specializing in **Architectural Concrete Structures(ACS)**. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the latest BIM technologies and contribute to the successful delivery of challenging and innovative projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **3D BIM** models of architectural concrete structures using industry-standard software (e.g., **Revit, Tekla Structures**, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
- Assist in the development of **4D construction simulations** and **5D cost estimations.**:

- Prepare and review shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination analysis.
- Assist in the development of BIM Execution Plans.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (**Revit, Tekla Structures preferred**).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A keen interest in learning and developing BIM skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
