Role: Sr. ML Engineer (Gen AI)

Experience in Years : 3-6

Work location: Mumbai/ Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Should have experience with Deep Learning Concepts. Transformers, BERT, Attention models
- Work with product managers and data scientists to understand business needs and develop Gen AI solutions
- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines and frameworks for Gen AI
- Implement and manage MLOps principles and best practices for Gen AI models
- Troubleshoot and debug Gen AI models and systems
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate Gen AI into products and services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in Gen AI and machine learning
- Build robust, modular and scalable code
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of machine learning engineering experience in product development.
- Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments
- Deep expertise in Gen AI models and techniques, such as large language models, diffusion model
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with API design and development best practices
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
