Revolutionary Designers, a leading digital design agency, is seeking a talented and results-driven SEO and SMM Executive to join our team. As an SEO and SMM Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing our website for search engines and managing our social media presence. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop effective strategies that enhance organic search visibility and maximize our online reach through social media platforms. Responsibilities: SEO:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for target audiences.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to improve organic search rankings and user engagement.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta tags, URL structures, and schema markup, to enhance website visibility and search engine performance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure the company's website remains competitive and aligned with evolving search engine guidelines.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.

SMM:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain a targeted audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments and messages, and actively engage with the audience to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media insights and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO and SMM efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to leverage emerging opportunities and maximize social media impact.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience 1 Year as an SEO and SMM Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console for SEO analysis.
- Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SMM.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising certifications.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
