Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules, including manpower and equipment requirements.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status, including any issues or delays.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, quality control, and resolving conflicts or issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations, to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including manpower, equipment usage, and materials received.
- Collaborate with the project team to address design changes, field modifications, and other project requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to onsite staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
