Noc Engineer-l1

1 - 3 Years of experience in Network Operations
- CCNA, CCNP & CompTIA N+, NSA-1. NSA-2, NSA_3 Certification (Optional)

**Skills**:

- Communication skill
- Excellent event or log analytical skills
- Proven experience in Network Monitoring or similar role
- Exceptional organizing and time management skills
- Very good communication abilities
- Experience in any monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, PRTG, SolarWinds, OP mangee etc
- Reporting

**Main Responsibilities**
- 24 x 7 Monitoring of Alerts / Events using Monitoring Tools.
- Prioritize tickets based on incident priority, impact and urgency.
- Maintain response and resolution SLAs. - Coordinate with customer for troubleshooting and timely resolution.
- Raise service tickets with service provider for link related issues.
- Do proper follow up of all tickets and update stake holders about the status periodically
- Escalate to senior engineers as per the impact and urgency of /incidents.
- Coordinate with service provider to fix carriage related link issues. - Troubleshooting network device issues

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹156,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
