**Job Description: Sales Coordinator**:
Heimatec India Pvt L, innovative tools and accessories provider for the Swiss CNC Turning/Turn-Mill machine tool industry is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Coordinators.

**Sales Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Engineers have high-impact, up-to-date support material
- Feeding the customer orders in ERP system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements
- Making purchase orders against the customer orders and managing delivery related communication with the Principles and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Ensuring customers pay as per the agreed credit terms and coordinate with accounts team for recoveries
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinating with Sales Engineers to ensure budget achievement
- Tele-Marketing and mailers highlighting the company's products and services to the potential customers
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Sales Coordinator Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **For Senior Sales Coordinator**: min 8 to 10 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator in the industrial product sales company. Current knowledge of the CNC metal working industry and proven experience of leading team must. o

For **Junior Sales Coordinator**: 2 years or more
- Proven team playing and solution-oriented attitude.
- Computer expertise especially in Excel, Power Point and ERP system.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
