Ui/ux Designer

**Responsibilities**
- **Design Cross-Platform User Flows and Journeys**: Map out and refine user flows, ensuring consistent and intuitive navigation and functionality across web and mobile experiences.
- **Conduct User Research and Usability Testing**: Organize and conduct user testing sessions, collect feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and meet user needs effectively.
- **Collaborate with Development Teams**: Work closely with front-end and mobile app developers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation across devices.
- **Develop and Maintain Design Systems**: Create and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all web and mobile components.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- **Portfolio**: An impressive portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) and mobile development considerations is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
