**Job Summary**
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Person to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate Sales Person responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Managing incoming leads through calling & other marketing efforts
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Company
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Direct experience in housing sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with good SALES CLOSURE skills is a must
- Deep understanding of real estate sales process and buyer dynamics
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience as a real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record

- MS Office familiarity
- **Education: -** Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- **Experience -** 0-2 Year
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
