**Experience**:2+ years in relevant field

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of X-Mart products and services.

2. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

9. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to enhance overall sales performance.
