**Job Summary**

The Marketing and Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s steel products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves a mix of marketing activities and direct sales, including market research, campaign execution, customer visits, and negotiation and closing of sales deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing**_
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase the company’s products.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence and lead generation efforts.
- **Sales**_
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct client visits to present the company’s products and services.
- Understand the specific needs of clients and propose suitable steel products and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand the company’s client database within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**_
- Develop strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services.
- **Reporting**_
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop more effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management on product performance and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the steel industry or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of steel products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
