**_ This position offers a high level of visibility with Senior Client Finance Stakeholders and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. Requires a passionate individual who can gain a big picture view of a company’s finance and accounting operations and make contributions in the areas of Accounting and Reporting by providing standard process improvements in these areas. Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles. The individual should have worked in one of more of the following industries - Pharma, Life sciences, retail, consumer goods or manufacturing or should have worked in an consulting organization. _**

- . Need to have knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods. _

**_Help build a strong R2R function that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry standard methodologies in R2R, solutions to improve their Accounting and Reporting functions, crafting collateral/IP to continue as a leader among service providers, and actively drive winning new deals. _**

**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**

**_Actively engage with CEO, CFO, financial controllers to understand process pain points and display knowledge on how to drive improvements through technology, changes in policies and process flows_**

**_ _**

**_Design solutions for specific business/process challenges and create process maps, improvement roadmaps, service placement catalogues, benchmarking, KPI and internal control definitions_**

**_ _**

**_Design solutions for process migrations from client locations. Assist operations teams during migrations with trainings, clarifications, tool implementations_**

**_ _**

**_Assume leading role on medium complexity projects_**

**_ _**

**_Lead or support RFX submissions for new customers_**

**_ _**

**_Coordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities_**

**_ _**

**_Create case studies, RTR capability documents and other collaterals that can be leveraged by the global RTR community and sales _**

**_Coach and train new hires and junior consultants_**

**_ _**

**_Minimum qualifications_**:
**_ _**

**_Advanced degree in Accounting: CPA or equivalent with 6-8 years of experience_**

**_ _**

**_Exposure to various tools and technologies specific to finance (ERPs, workflows, reconciliation tools and consolidation). Experience in implementation appreciated _**

**_Ability to work with ambiguity and come up with solutions or directions_**

**_ _**

**_Consultative skills and structured thought process_**

**_ _**

**_Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills _**

**_Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks_**

**_ _**

**_Travel availability 50-60% working time (mostly Europe)_**

**_Relevant experience in GL Accounting, month-end close and reporting, intercompany, reconciliation_**
