**Pattern Creation**: Develop accurate and efficient bag patterns that reflect design specifications, optimize material usage, and facilitate cost-effective production. **Costing Consumption**: Calculate precise material consumption estimates based on patterns, taking into account factors such as leather type, dimensions, and design intricacies. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team to ensure that patterns align with the intended aesthetic while maximizing resource utilization. **Material Optimization**: Analyze patterns and production processes to identify opportunities for material savings without compromising quality or design integrity. **Prototype Testing**: Create prototypes based on patterns to validate their accuracy, fit, and functionality in real-world scenarios. **Data Analysis**: Utilize historical consumption data and insights to refine and improve pattern designs for future collections.**Communication**: Effectively communicate pattern specifications, material requirements, and costing information to relevant teams, including procurement and production.
- **Quality Control**: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that patterns meet our high-quality standards and production expectations.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to enhance pattern creation and consumption estimation processes, contributing to cost reduction initiatives.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to pattern-making and material consumption estimation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
