**Profile - **Academic Counsellor

Location - Nagpur

Salary - upto 4.20 LPA

Exp - 1 to 7 years

Required Skills: B2C Sales (Business-to-Consumer)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissions and succeeding in achieving performance goals.
- Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on Academy policies and guidelines.
- Prepares and presents applicant reports to the Academy management.
- Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the Academy.
- Maintain regular communication with students to coordinate admission activities and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions, and related activities.
- Coordinate with marketing sources for admission activities, including student registration and testing
- Perform Academy administrative and clerical activities when needed.
- Build broad knowledge of Academy admission activities and guidelines.

Should know Local Language, Hindi and English

NOTE- Saturday and Sunday working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹380,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
