**Roles & Responsibilities as an OPT Recruiter**:

- You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.
- You will perform end-to-end OPT recruiting such as sourcing, screening, and as needed

interview coordination
- Work with Sources (On-site and Offshore) to define a strategy for recruiting and managing the sourcing process. Mentor sources as needed

openings.
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions
- Contact references and perform background checks on job applicants
- Perform onboarding coordination with the HR & back-office team
- Search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses.

Test applicants, contact references, and do interview coordination.
- You are required to provide weekly and monthly reports.

**Must give at least 1 year of Work commitment.
- Your monthly Target is 4 Profiles.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
