**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a visionary Co-founder to join our dynamic team and drive Leo Tech Inc. to new heights of success. As a Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading our team of experts towards achieving our goals. You will work closely with the existing leadership team to develop and execute strategies that propel Leo Tech Inc. to become a market leader in the technology and digital services industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the existing leadership team to define and implement the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
- Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
- Cultivate a strong company culture that reflects our values of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the digital services industry, with experience in web development, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and execute effective business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to create positive change.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a co-founder or senior executive in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
