**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to promote company products.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and provide information to address customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the team leader.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
