**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking factory workers to join our team at our food production facility in Palghar, near Manor Velgaon Road. The factory worker will be responsible for various tasks in the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
- Monitor production lines and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality control purposes.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of products.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a food production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
