Fiber Optic Technician

A fiber optic splicer with 2 years of experience is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables and related equipment. The primary job duties of a fiber optic splicer may include:
Splicing and terminating fiber optic cables using fusion splicing and mechanical splicing techniques.

Testing and troubleshooting fiber optic cables to ensure proper signal transmission and performance.

Installing and maintaining fiber optic networks, including both outdoor and indoor installations.

Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Performing emergency repairs and responding to service calls as needed.

Using various hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.

Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe and efficient work practices.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
