As a Sales Executive at The Thane Club, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for promoting and driving our membership sales. Your enthusiasm for building lasting relationships and meeting targets will be instrumental in contributing to the continued success of our club.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Build strong rapport with potential clients to understand their preferences and lifestyle needs.

3. Conduct personalized tours of the club's facilities, showcasing the diverse range of amenities and programs.

4. Provide in-depth information about membership packages, benefits, and exclusive offers.

5. Engage in consultative selling to match the right membership plan to each individual's requirements.

6. Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating recurring revenue for the club.

7. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns and promotions.

8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

9. Attend networking events and represent The Thane Club at external functions to expand our member base.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

12. Foster a positive and professional image of The Thane Club, upholding our brand reputation.

13. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, fitness, or luxury industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Ability to connect with diverse clientele and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
